Endocrine Kids’ regular office hours are:

• Tuesday, 8:30 am – 3 pm
• Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
• The office is closed for lunch daily between 12 and 1 pm.

If you have an urgent medical issue and need to talk to Dr. Bishop after our regular hours, please call our office at (248) 347-3344. She is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

At Endocrine Kids, we accept most major insurance plans. Patients with Blue Care Network and HAP-Henry Ford require a referral from their primary care provider. Please contact your insurance provider, or you may call our office at (248) 347-3344 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

You can view your statement and pay your bill online.  If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact the billing department at Metropolitan Practice Management at (973) 256-1998 ext. 126.

Dr. Bishop has hospital affiliations with:

• St. John Providence Southfield and Providence Park Hospital
• Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Endocrine Kids are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). After-hours prescription refills are subject to an additional $10 fee. You can make your request by calling (248) 347-3344 or requesting a refill online.
